With over 500 transactions which have included foreclosure purchases, owner financing, lease options, substitution of collateral, the list just goes on and on Bob Eberle is one of the area's foremost experts in the field of real estate.
As a licensed associate broker with Keller Williams Realty Capital District Bob and Cheryl and started the Eberle Team in 2007. With 11 agents they are currently the largest team at Keller Williams.
Bob has been a professional real estate investor for over 13 years and have participated in well over 500 real estate transactions. As the President and co-Founder of the New York State Real Estate Investors Association he's been interviewed and featured in stories in the Albany Times Union, Capitol District Business Review, Schenectady Gazette, Troy Record, Mid Hudson Valley Business Journal and many other newspapers as well as Property Investor magazine. Bob has been a guest a several radio shows, he's been featured on television and the Internet. In 2006 he was a finalist to star on the popular A & E television show "Flip This House". At Keller Williams Bob is a member of the Agent Leadership Council.
Bob teaches many classes at both NYREIA and at Keller Williams in addition to teaching a "Flip This House" class at the Knowledge Network. The Eberle Team also teaches 1st time Home Buyer classes around the area at various locations. Bob is soon to be approved by New York State to teach the real estate agent class for students wishing to get their real estate license.
Prior to all of this he had 9 years of commercial experience with Getty Petroleum Corp in their retail marketing/real estate division.
Recently Cheryl and Bob completed their first real estate course "Panning for Gold 1" and currently have 6 other courses in development.
